Your nutrition coach will check in with you weekly to see what is working, what isn't, and make sure you're happy. While eating right does take effort, it shouldn't be a burden.
KG Fitness won't prescribe a meal plan - that isn't what we do, and it's not what you want. We will provide a customized macro-nutrient guideline so that you can choose what foods you like.
A One-Time Consultation includes a discussion about your lifestyle (not to lecture, but to help us find the best starting point), customized macro-nutrient plan catered to your individual goals, and 2 bi-weekly check-ins to see how you're doing and make adjustments if necessary.
Our ongoing Nutrition Coaching subscription includes a monthly consultation, weekly check-ins, and 24/7 availability via text message to answer questions and provide support to help you stay on track.
